BaUS Online Casinos Ban
A bill presented in the US Congress that would break down on illegal and offshore online casino or interstate betting activities via phone or Internet platforms is predictable to lift up thrust at the moment as a 115 delegates from the U.S. House of Representatives are supporting it. If this new bill would pass then the online casinos ban would take effect in 2007 and the online gaming industry would suffer a serious blow.
If accepted then the new internet Gambling Ban Act would adjust the Wire Act from 1961 by barring all forms of gambling and Internet such as playing on online casinos that operates in and outside of the US. Additionally, it would make illegal gambling companies from taking payments from clients.
